Feature:
I build speaker cabinets as a hobby and this is typical construction for today’s times. By ear, I would say this amp is tuned somewhere around 80hz. It has 3 ports on the back and looking in you can see that the fins from the amp are in there also. I guess for better cooling or space design or both.
Sound:
Impressed with this combo amp! It does have enough juice to use as a awesome practice amp and not be overshadowed by the other instruments. I love the wedge design and I believe that having the EQ greatly assists with achieving the right sound out of a single 15 inch speaker. I choose the paper cone over the aluminum for my 5-string. The lows on the B-string sound great! I own a active bass so all the other shapes and adjustments on the second channel can overwhelm the sound so I stick to channel 1. Still learning the other features. So far, best bang for the buck!
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use and quite a punch from this amp.
