Feature:
I bought a pair of these, one for my studio and one for travelling. I made the decision on this case much too quickly based only on the fact that it looked like what I needed. Removeable front and back panels and removeable top all looked good.
Quality:
The case itself is sturdy so far and the handles are mounted well. The latch for the top on both cases was a little loose when I took them out of the box and the latch on the one I've taken out broke completely on the first time out. I used the top of the case for a stand for my Akai sampler and the top now sags down the middle, apparently cracked from having any weight placed on it.
Value:
Obviously, this review is based on the mobile aspect of the case (or lack thereof). I would say it would be much more worthwhile to spend a little more for a lighter SKB case or a sturdier RoadReady.
Sound:
na
Support:
The one that isn't moving from the studio is fine and the other one that goes on the road I'm going to replace with an SKB or a RoadReady. I don't plan to get anything on them repaired or replaced because as studio only racks, they won't need to be. With this in mind, I haven't dealt with the company.
Overall:
I'm already looking for a replacement with SKB at the top of the list.
