Frist of all, I had these RP5's, playing next to M-Auidos 5 series, and well, guess who came home with me. The RP5's just had so much life in them, it was love at first listen. The M-Audios (same price), was just so lifeless, and didn't have that welcome sound to them. Go with RoKits, you won't be dissapointed!!

As stated in the Sound section, they resonate and sound tubby. I have them at least 2 ft from side walls, and 2 ft from the rear wall, and then 3 ft from me with 4 ft between them. Ears sit between mid and tweeter.
Value:
Yuo can do better, probably with Alesis or M-Audio.
Sound:
I had hoped for good things frmo these after reading all of the reviews. Maybe too many people jsut haven't heard live music before. These sound tubby and recessed. Unfortunately, when you place the treble slector in the +1dB spot, they begin to sound harsh. One sounds better than the other though, and its apparent that there are quality control issues. One cabinet resonates terribly, while the other is solid when you knock on the side. I opened it up to check on the inside, and they don't even use toroidal transformers on the amp section like M-Audio does, they use cheap Els instead. I guess you get what you pay for, I knew the price was too good to be true, made in China...

Don't let the size fool you- you won't believe the sound that comes from these speakers. Very well-balanced, non-fatiguing. Mixes on these little speakers translate very well. Great size for transport from studio to studio. Add a sub if you need accuracy below 70Hz. If you like to mix at jet-engine levels, opt for the V-8's. Otherwise, there's plenty of volume here. For home studio and portable reference I cannot recommend these speakers enough....

Well built..not made like a run of mill assembly line product..a lot of thought went into this. In addition having rounded corners and a decent heavy magnets in the system shows quality.

Go side by side with the more expensive products and it holds it own.
Sound:
Extremely flat and you can hear the little nuances needed to mix with. The only thing is that the low end is a little tight and will need a sub to really hear low lows..but aside from that it is well worth the money

Never need them but the product is so wrapped up when shipped I doubt there will be a chance of product damage...unless from owner misuse.
Overall:
Only a 9 because of the lack of the lower spectrum which can be solved using a sub.

I play most of my gigs with it--a hundred a year. It's durable, and so light that I can carry piano, stand, and amp in a single trip and without help! The biggest disappointment is the lack of bass sounds and inability to split the keyboard. I tried it as a midi controller, but it's fussy, time-consuming, not worth the hassle. The tuned and untuned strings business is a waste.
Quality:
It's held up better than my Kurzweil PC-2. 5 years of continuous use. The biggest potential problem is the thin wire on the adaptor. Trip on it and the gig's over. Better get another, even though Kurzweil charges an exhorbitant price for this little sucker.
Value:
For $500-600 nothing is close. Sounds better than the PC2.
Sound:
The best piano sound available for under a grand. Some decent FM, Rhodes, organ, and string sounds as well.
Support:
Good. Kurzweil doesn't have the many customers, so the rep at the site will answer personally.
Overall:
I've gotten my money back many times over on this one because of the heavy use I make of it.

Great piano sounds, lame tonewheel organ and electric piano sounds. Very light action.
Quality:
The keyboard itself has performed flawlessly on tons of gigs. However, I feel that Kurzweil should provide a more substantial power supply. The included one, which has an extremely thin, brittle cord, started to short out in a memorial service and nearly lost me $200.00!
Value:
Very inexpensive, nice sounding keyboard.
Desirability:
About as Sexy as a good fingernail clipper, but it does the job.
Sound:
I use it almost exclusively for the piano sound. And I am very happy with that. There have been a few occasions when I would like to have a Rhodes or B3 sound, and it's best to stay away from those on this instrument.
Overall:
Very inexpensive, lightweight, good sounding keyboard. if you're a real piano player you won't like the action, far too springy and light. But if you have to play background music in a hotel, tyou can schlep your entire rig in one trip.

my first kurzweil was a k2000 and it played great for years no real problem with it . and this one will be no diffence .it great for the road playing 50 weekends a year.

i real not sure what you are after here i love the way it plays , sounds,it a piece that hard to beat.
Sound:
as far as myself it as close to the real thing as you can get.it has one of the best piano sound i heard.it fit well in gospel music and not loaded with sounds that we do not need.it sound good live and in the studio.we used a midas mixer klark eq's ev qrx speakers and lexicon reverb.
Ease of Use:
it very easy to get great sound run every thing flat on it channel.some time have to boost the bass a little. it very easy to used and no need to modify it sound.mamual is good and like i said it plays very nice.

kurzweil was very easy to deal with had a key or two to quite working and they fix them at no cost to me.that was on the k2000 no problem as of now.

i well never buy any thing else i don't think.

I've had my Kustom system for quite some time now,and I have not had one complaint.

I bought my system on a short notice. My daughter was graduating from preschool and the school was going to use a boom box, so I went out and bought it the day before the graduation. there were many complements on the sound of the ceremony.

It is loaded with usefull features, but i use a boss gt8 so anything that needs to be added it removed, i do through that. However the lineout on the front comes in handy for large gigs. Just plug right into the system!

i paid around $4,000 for my mesa full stack. This thing sounds better than it and it was only $900

This amp is so sexy! It's completely Vintage! It's got the retro, sortof 'Hemp cloth' front with white trim! This thing will attract grade A groupies!
Sound:
i've owned Marshell, Line6, mesa, randall, ibanez, and nothing even touches this amp! This amp is AMAZING. It is so loud. I can't turn it up past half way or my house'll collapse. That's not to mention the incredible tone. It has so much low end! This thing can really growl! The clear and the distortion channels both have amazing distintion even at high volumes. I used to love my mesa triple rectifier (all tube) untill i got this thing. i own the full stack version of this. i'll never go back to tube again.

The included casters are a nice touch and work well.
Quality:
The quality is suprisingly good. Recessed handles are rugged and hold up well. The grill cloth is very retro and makes the cab look more expensive than it is. Finish is very nice and appears that it will hold up quite well with a little care.
Value:
I bought mine on sale new and after playing with it, can't understand why I waited so long. You won't be dissapointed with the money you spend on this cab.
Desirability:
Looks wicked and sounds even better.
Sound:
Possibly the best value on the extension cab market. Sound is full, but precise. In full blown lead it screams. In clean mode, it satisfies with a fat mellow tone. The Celestions are the key.

It gets the job done, all open strings sound good, no damage to the guitar. Works on just about any guitar.
Quality:
It's really simple, and it's not like a capo goes through much abuse. So it's highly unlikely to break without some sort of major abuse. A sledge hammer would probably break it.
Value:
$15 isn't much money in the long run for a good capo, but still, it's more expensive than most other capos.
Desirability:
It's a good-looking capo. Mine matches my black Les Paul, but it really clashes with my acoustic Guild.

Frist of all, I had these RP5's, playing next to M-Auidos 5 series, and well, guess who came home with me. The RP5's just had so much life in them, it was love at first listen. The M-Audios (same price), was just so lifeless, and didn't have that welcome sound to them. Go with RoKits, you won't be dissapointed!!

As stated in the Sound section, they resonate and sound tubby. I have them at least 2 ft from side walls, and 2 ft from the rear wall, and then 3 ft from me with 4 ft between them. Ears sit between mid and tweeter.

I had hoped for good things frmo these after reading all of the reviews. Maybe too many people jsut haven't heard live music before. These sound tubby and recessed. Unfortunately, when you place the treble slector in the +1dB spot, they begin to sound harsh. One sounds better than the other though, and its apparent that there are quality control issues. One cabinet resonates terribly, while the other is solid when you knock on the side. I opened it up to check on the inside, and they don't even use toroidal transformers on the amp section like M-Audio does, they use cheap Els instead. I guess you get what you pay for, I knew the price was too good to be true, made in China...

Don't let the size fool you- you won't believe the sound that comes from these speakers. Very well-balanced, non-fatiguing. Mixes on these little speakers translate very well. Great size for transport from studio to studio. Add a sub if you need accuracy below 70Hz. If you like to mix at jet-engine levels, opt for the V-8's. Otherwise, there's plenty of volume here. For home studio and portable reference I cannot recommend these speakers enough....

I play most of my gigs with it--a hundred a year. It's durable, and so light that I can carry piano, stand, and amp in a single trip and without help! The biggest disappointment is the lack of bass sounds and inability to split the keyboard. I tried it as a midi controller, but it's fussy, time-consuming, not worth the hassle. The tuned and untuned strings business is a waste.
Quality:
It's held up better than my Kurzweil PC-2. 5 years of continuous use. The biggest potential problem is the thin wire on the adaptor. Trip on it and the gig's over. Better get another, even though Kurzweil charges an exhorbitant price for this little sucker.
Value:
For $500-600 nothing is close. Sounds better than the PC2.
Sound:
The best piano sound available for under a grand. Some decent FM, Rhodes, organ, and string sounds as well.
Support:
Good. Kurzweil doesn't have the many customers, so the rep at the site will answer personally.
Overall:
I've gotten my money back many times over on this one because of the heavy use I make of it.

Great piano sounds, lame tonewheel organ and electric piano sounds. Very light action.
Quality:
The keyboard itself has performed flawlessly on tons of gigs. However, I feel that Kurzweil should provide a more substantial power supply. The included one, which has an extremely thin, brittle cord, started to short out in a memorial service and nearly lost me $200.00!
Value:
Very inexpensive, nice sounding keyboard.
Desirability:
About as Sexy as a good fingernail clipper, but it does the job.
Sound:
I use it almost exclusively for the piano sound. And I am very happy with that. There have been a few occasions when I would like to have a Rhodes or B3 sound, and it's best to stay away from those on this instrument.
Overall:
Very inexpensive, lightweight, good sounding keyboard. if you're a real piano player you won't like the action, far too springy and light. But if you have to play background music in a hotel, tyou can schlep your entire rig in one trip.

my first kurzweil was a k2000 and it played great for years no real problem with it . and this one will be no diffence .it great for the road playing 50 weekends a year.

i real not sure what you are after here i love the way it plays , sounds,it a piece that hard to beat.

as far as myself it as close to the real thing as you can get.it has one of the best piano sound i heard.it fit well in gospel music and not loaded with sounds that we do not need.it sound good live and in the studio.we used a midas mixer klark eq's ev qrx speakers and lexicon reverb.

i've owned Marshell, Line6, mesa, randall, ibanez, and nothing even touches this amp! This amp is AMAZING. It is so loud. I can't turn it up past half way or my house'll collapse. That's not to mention the incredible tone. It has so much low end! This thing can really growl! The clear and the distortion channels both have amazing distintion even at high volumes. I used to love my mesa triple rectifier (all tube) untill i got this thing. i own the full stack version of this. i'll never go back to tube again.

The quality is suprisingly good. Recessed handles are rugged and hold up well. The grill cloth is very retro and makes the cab look more expensive than it is. Finish is very nice and appears that it will hold up quite well with a little care.
Value:
I bought mine on sale new and after playing with it, can't understand why I waited so long. You won't be dissapointed with the money you spend on this cab.
Desirability:
Looks wicked and sounds even better.
Sound:
Possibly the best value on the extension cab market. Sound is full, but precise. In full blown lead it screams. In clean mode, it satisfies with a fat mellow tone. The Celestions are the key.

Quality:
It's really simple, and it's not like a capo goes through much abuse. So it's highly unlikely to break without some sort of major abuse. A sledge hammer would probably break it.
Value:
$15 isn't much money in the long run for a good capo, but still, it's more expensive than most other capos.
Desirability:
It's a good-looking capo. Mine matches my black Les Paul, but it really clashes with my acoustic Guild.

the five different knobs helped me find the sound i was looking for in each effect. it did not come with any accessories except batteries. I really enjoy the Seeker, Synth-o-Matic,Growler, and Attack synth. I wasn't very amused with the Q-filter and the V-tron tho

Probably not. the price could be alittle lower. But then again, synth are very expencive. The price of the FM-4 is cheap compared to other synthesizers

hehe. I don't think it's a very attractive piece equipment. But the sound makes up for it.

The sound of this product it quite good. Very strange and very organic.

Never reached the company. I haven't had a problem yet.
Overall:
Aftter playing the product for many month. It has opened knew doors for guitar playing. This product lead me to other different guitar synth items like the Roland GR-33 Synth guitar and Keyboard synthesizers. I think this product really sent my guitar playing in whole different direction.

Plenty of features but still simple to use. I compared to Fender Cyber Deluxe, which requires a pilot's license to operate. One feature I wish it had is touch wah, which is why I dock it a couple of points here. Waaaah.
